'BaseLineScope's origins are rooted in a vision to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Manchester. The Taylor clan established our pizza house in 1985 as a quaint, family-oriented operation preserving recipes that have been passed on for generations.
Emily Taylor, our trailblazer, honed the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, learning the ropes from esteemed Neapolitan pizza artisans. Once back in the UK, she was set on replicating the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, championing time-honored techniques and prime ingredients.
Starting as a humble pizzeria with a mere 12 seats, we may have expanded, but our devotion to producing top-notch and traditional pizzas is steadfast. We stand by our methods of using wood-fired ovens, our daily ritual of fresh dough, and our quest for the best components available.
Currently, 'BaseLineScope' is still in the hands of the Taylor lineage with the second generation at the helm, guiding a team full of zest. While we have welcomed new technology, we have held onto the soul of our enterprise: sharing luscious, real pizza that unites folks.
